if u heard this one.  I took a nutrition class where the teacher  lol'd,  that some women pay a house keeper and then go to the gym!  Why not clean the house yourself, she wondered. So I use to ask meme, for help with the house, as she ran off to the gym. Finally, I mentioned to her what that teacher said, meme laughed it off.  She did so, for many years, referring to it, like me and that teacher were idiots.  When I could no longer take it, I reiterated with this question ...I guess you never scrubbed the kitchen floor, on your hands and knees, sweat pouring down your face?  eh?  xx

Come in and say...someone asked me outside if u were Susan Murphy inc Fabrics??? What?  IDK...  who? Google???  He said... no I told them you were Susan Murphy inc    but not fabrics.  Ok that was a weird Segway...I wondered what's to come.  My daughter bought him his fave strawberry short cake.  He ordered chicken and pizza.  I hoped we would have a nice evening. After all, you only turn 50, once.  So he took one bite of a wing and starts to speak...nooooooooooooooooo don't talk, just eat!  He says there is a conspiracy at work and he know its me.  I did not go to your work.  Dinner was over and so was his B'day.  He never acknowledged his cake which was sad and for the record.  he never even told me Happy B'day last October....xx  #waste

Why it's so ...

disgusting!  You are a semi big strong construction worker.  You built the Disney buildings off the 170 freeway. You hang 38 stories off a building, by a strap.  You carry steel. So what do you do when you get here?  Abuse me.  Verbal abuse...im sick of it.  Im at the point where I hate u back and hope u die. I know why people snap and kill. You are the biggest hypocrite in the world.  The sink is clogged and you don't take out the trash.  You withhold food from me while u guzzle ur beer.  5 trips to the liquor store and only one sober, and one we took you. The other three drunk.............I don't want u here.  I want you gone. I wish I pray if there is a God plz help me.  I repent and I rejoice I regret loving the wrong people.  Plz give me another chance.  I never loved once since my robbery and #betrayal.  I did learn my lesson.  Plz give me another chance!  Without him.  He moved in on a lie.  Drank heavily and lost his mind in January. Just because you are grown, doesn't mean you don't get bullied.  I get bullied every night by a tyrant. I live in constant fear he will show up and something is amiss.  I hear for hours what a horrible person I am.  I know it's not true, but I still hate it.  I told my granddaughter....I know I am a good mother, grandmother, person and friend.  I work and pray to get out of this situation ASAP.  It was the worst year of my life.  Luckily the 11 years before were really, really  bad, and I got stronger.  #Betrayed Still it takes it's toll.  I do not REspond, but write everything down, on paper.  Try to remember...no one can make you  feel bad w/o your permission.  #Bee strong ... someone loves you...xx  #faith

Stuffed Tomato xx

When I was a Dental ass'st in Beverly Hills, I would walk to a Soup n Salad joint. I would eat a stuffed tomato for one. It was filled with tuna.  They sat me alone by the Fish tank  I would watch the fish go by.  One day I REalized I was eating fish, as I watched the fish go by. I felt awkward eating alone. I was surprised to read Candy Spelling likes to eat alone.  She is aware of her surroundings and gets creative ideas. I didn't always get to eat lunch.  Sometimes I walked around or shopped for my new daughter.  Sometimes all I could afford was a candy bar for 25 cents. So tonight decades later it will #bee a stuffed tomato tonight and I wonder ...how many ways can u make a stuffed tomato?  Stay tune for Stuffed Tomato Too...xx #hot #cherry #yellow #sliced or with #Garbanzo #beans... #3 as promised!

Ganache too

ok so im a lil obsessed. How bout a #gift of #Ganache  and share with a #Singlemom? Yummy on fruit, toast, cake, ice cream. waffles, pancakes, French toast.  Maybe buy a few items to go with the Ganache.  Add a wisk. I guess eating it straight, isn't sooo bad, as it is like a thick mousse. i love...

that Shanna Moakler 's location is... IN Bed, on twitter.  Every day, I hear from a certain someone that, I stay in bed, all say.  I laugh, because you cant imagine all the things, I get done, from the bed!  I work and that is 3/4 of the day.  I also do all the cooking, meal planning and list making.  I REalize the extra hours I spend on Google, researching recipes, is an added plus. I Google the healthy foods and serve them.  I do all the dishes, mopping, animal care, laundry,  more mopping.  I bathe the #dog every week and that makes more laundry, I wash separately, of course. I clean the bathroom everyday especially since,  he sprinkles baby powder everywhere.  I mean everywhere! I clean out the microwave and keep up with the kitchen. I REcycle. I help with my granddaughter and feed all the animals in the world.  (my Prayer)  Work comes first.  So  back to bed I go...xx  #tote

A creative day...

woke up to no Internet/cable/phone....so I had to #bee creative.  Luckily I had my cell with minutes on it.  I did my usual chores and looked for more.  I tried to do the lil extra things, and I did.  I did that extra laundry and cleaned out a closet.  I filled the #squirrel baskets for fall complete with mittens!   Then I made a #DIY project for my granddaughter.  I read about it in a teen magazine. You #REcycle empty compacts and glue pics inside. Every item I open has a danger for #Pets.  Plastic wrap, plastic tabs and rings.  I just opened eye drops with many hazards!  I keep a zip lock bag in my room and gather all the dangerous items ...then I REcycle  the whole bag!   #tip  #Pet  #REcycle
