Many years ago, my mom filled us up a jar of soup.  As we got home my hubby dropped it and it broke.  John joked he just lost his Matzo balls in the street.  I felt bad and nearly cried, over the sight.  I always  remember that  night, when i buy our plastic containers at the store.  As i cook, i fill them up and send them home with loved ones. I thought it was great, to have that option.. Now, my friend tells me that plastic containers could cause cancer.  They have switched back to glass casserole dishes from the past.  As for me..it's back to the jar...xx      #John     #Mom

Why i write? xx

I always have.  My mom never took a list to the store.  My dad would say...you have to write things down.  And i do...write everything down.  I just realized ppl that never picked up a pen to write me trashed me on FB.  Oh well...i also write to get better at it.  My husband always said GO WRITE SOMETHING!  I wrote a nice letter once and it was taken badly.  I got yelled at and her sis yelled at me too.  Guess pain from one, was not enough.  So i had to take a look at my writing....and i could finish a thought better. I write the way Bethenny speaks....halfway thru, start another thought. Trying to get it write! xx

I have been watching Aviva Drescher on RHONY. Aviva lost her foot in a childhood accident.  She speaks of her accident as though a meteor fell from the sky.  She calls it a freak accident.  I call it a lot of bad choices.  Why did she spend the night out at six years old?  Why didnt the parents there, keep her safe?  Why did she sneek out and not listen?  No wonder she can't make a decision or take a risk.  She screwed up at six! Of course i am coming from a completely different place.  My dad didn't let me sleep over any where until i was a teenager. I am not sure why...but he didnt  like the idea.  I guess he wanted to keep me safe and close by.  I just don't understand how you can send your kid to a farm where the security and safety were in question?  xx

• While off line for over two months, i still wrote things down. One thought i had was a bra wearing blog.  Wear a bra 30 days and see if it changes my life.  I have tried everything else.  When i met #ToriSpelling she stated how wearing a bra was so important!  Yes, i was.  So since i mentioned, this subject in, my last blog, i will follow through, with this experiment and write about it! xx

While watching the #sandusky trial, things became clear to me.  All of the things about me, that aren't normal, come down to one thing.  Being molested.  I wonder how many girls were molested at Pickwick pool that day? Or at the Jewish community center, where they brought in snow, for us, to play in. I use to blame my ADHD for bad choices.  Now i know it is because of YOU, my molester. #Dr.Drew.  That's why i am overweight and diets don't work.  That is why, i married the first guy that came along.  It is why i pick, or use to pick ...the wrong prople, to have around.  It is probably why i dont wear a bra very often.  I thought it was OCD or the fact, that i hate to wear clothes, anyways. Maybe a disconnect with my body. I dont know. All of my life i suffered from low self esteem.  Once YOU had YOUR way with me, no man ever really wanted me.  I have spent my life alone, because of YOU. YOU made me hate myself for something, i had no control of.  I always say my ex sis in law ruined my life ...and she did, for ten long years.  Actually it was YOU that ruined my life...had YOU not had YOUR way with me i never would have loved her in the first place...xx

Not sure why....but we always had a bowl of beets on our table at the holidays. It was our centerpiece. I never thought to ask my mom why. It was just there like, family. Sometimes i wonder, what would have happened to The Duggar's, if TLC didnt give them a show. Even though, they have commercial properties, being on a show must be a big help. Being on tv means sponsors and i noticed one of the boys wearing Silly Banz. Would they have owned them if not on tv.? Did they take them off after the shot of them on the bus? Where do the parents draw the line? Each sponsor must be discussed and decided upon. These kids were pretty sheltered and now have been around the world. What would their life be like if not for TLC. When I go to Inventori, I try to park out front. Usually i pull onto the street before, just in case. There is a donation bin and i try to drop off some items. Dreama and i walk up the street and pass Mark's Garden. It always smells good and sounds good. We make our way to Inventori and always lament... look there is a space out front, now! We stopped lamenting as we know it to be true. It is a nice, sweet walk after all, with my granddaughter... passing Mark's Garden not once but twice and this time, stopping for a moment to enjoy the waterfall.....xx

The weirdest thing...

happened yesterday! I saw this random piece of paper by the cat water bowl. It kept catching my eye. What is that paper i wondered and why is it on the floor by the water bowl. Finally i convinced someone to pick it up and you wont believe what it was! It was a handmade card from our oldest daughter to her dad at Easter! To a great dad she stated, and a great Easter! The card is decades old...where did it come from? Why now...when she has been on my mind? Now that it is Easter week?! We have not spoken in years. What are the chances of that? xx

for Duggar! Usually i watch something during the day that keeps me up at night. I could not believe Michelle Duggar was a cheerleader. Just could not get that out of my head. I happen to land on the Marino family the other day. I'm always happy to meet another reality family. The Marino's are a big, loud, loving family. Nice to look at with great big personalities! I think Nicole is beautiful and i get the feeling i have seen Desiree before.....Compared to The Duggar's there is a lot of screaming and cutting of the clothes. We are having hamburgers tonight. I got everythingt at the 99 cent store. All the veggies looked great. Here's what i got.....Buns, tomato, radishes, red onion, orange bell pepper, chips, pickles, olives, asparagus, zucchini and corn. I cooked all the veggies and we are getting the meat and cheese at the store. The tomato and red onion will be sliced on top and we already had the lettuce. Item total and price? @99 about ten bucks for ten items. The feast is on! xx

Mother's cleaning Tips! xx

Absolutely no hair brushes in kitchen. No hair washing in sink. No hand washing in kitchen. Change linens each week. No big stuffed animals or canopies, as they collect dust! Wash kitchen towels separate from bath towels. We used douvets to cover our beds. We used coasters under our drinks and ate each meal at the table. Mom always placed a tea cup with a rose! xx

to help. I am the fixer. I try and fix what is wrong. My daughter was stressed out about homeless people approaching...asking for a handout. It is always awkward and sometimes scary to open ur purse in the dark. So now we keep a dollar or two on the dash. We also keep some snacks in bags. I keep a new baby blanket with food. This has led me to start The Baby Jesus Baby Blanket drive. We will be handing out clothes, blankets and coats with SO Methodist Church on March 5th xx

to see Liam so upset on Tori and Dean ... Home Sweet Hollywood. So many changes for a little guy. I spoke with Tori at Inventori about the move. How did you manage a big mansion to mansion move? I'm on twitter every day! How did I miss that? Goats, chickens, pigs and a new baby! No we downsized Tori said but we love it! I immediately thought of Liam and Stella's school, but didn't want to intrude. After all, Tori IS a very involved mother and the kids have all their friends in class. I was a bit concerned.....then I REmembered Patsy. She would be their comfort in the storm. Especially since this was her third time with the family. It brought normalcy to Liam. I was comforted by that. xx

Do you roll......your eyes? This was mentioned on Home Sweet Hollywood. The mom- ager at InventoriLA, Sally, rolls her eyes. Maybe it was a trend in the 80's and now grown women continue to do so! Sally was a big time roller and probably rolled her eyes at me, too! Tori is not above the roll either! Tori rolled for me twice. Once when i said she looked beautiful...no debate she did! The other time, it was in empathy. I shared with her the fact that my daughter hates side pony tails, so i do not wear them. Tori rolled her eyes as if to say...the mother/daughter relationship can be a complicated one. Tori knows that very well! Men can roll as well and I would be a miss not to say. Every time i watch i have new questions. Where are the McStay's? Why were the playhouses inside the house? Does the grandma think people were staying in the house? Drinks in bed rooms, etc Why does Joseph's friend (in real estate), answer NO to the question have u seen Joseph McStay? But has he seen Summer McStay? The fact that Joseph signed his name Bryan Joseph at the motel. Was he asking for help? The car has no signs of an intruder....did they drive it to the border? When they traveled in the past, did they keep in touch? Did their four year old go to school? What does a messy closet mean? In a rush? Laundry day? Nothing to wear? How bad was Joey's health and were they seeking treatment? Why wait ten days to call for help? Where are the McStay's? xx

The Three minute Bath xx

Back in 1969... before VCR's and DVR's we were at the Mercy of the TV movie. While visiting my childhood friend Carol, she mentioned her mother was watching a mystery that morning and needed to take a bath. So she filled the tub with water and when a commercial came on she jumped in her tub. Three minutes later Barbra emerged and continued with her movie. Tori Spelling said so many nice things to me..........I have to write them all down! She said I reminded her of a model from the 70's with big eyes and a floppy hat! Like the ones she wears on her reality show. She sweetly posed with me, which I wasn't planning on, and said you can ask me anything, you have my tattoo. .'0 Then I saw her a week later. She said this is your best look (all in black, with a side braid) we bonded as girls and spoke of her book, relatives, and the importance of wearing a bra! lol She told me over and over how good I looked. She thanked me for all my support, hugged me and made me feel loved! It was kind of a blurr, but that's what I remembered... Thanks T... xx

This weeks obsession..... Candy Dots! I saw them on Santa tracker (ATT) as streamers. I saw them on E! News with Dylan's Candy. My head started to spin and i quickly tweeted Tori about them, too. Perhaps she can use them in her blog ediTorial? Why i love Dots. 1- So cute and innocent, (how many calories can a dot possibly have?) 2- Can be cut into paper chains. 3- They are Vintage. 4- They can fill up a Mason jar. 5- My husband signed his name with three dots at the end and i do too. They can be my new Novel-T my trademark candy! xx

Random Reality xx

Watched Hook Line and Sisters. Hard working family, commercial fishing. I was curious to see their way of life. Not sure why anyone would live in Alaska, guess someone has to. Dont get me wrong they have my REspect. The most interesting part to me is Memry's name, still working on it. America's Supernanny is great, but i think she overestimated the Sheckle quads. Hard and crazy to watch as she nearly wipes out four cute kids and two perfectly good lesbians. No mat, chair or designated area........just a random space on a wall. I think they should be in separate corners, with less words, being used, but im no Supernanny. xx
