Mt best health #tips. 1- Keep moving  2- back away slowly....from bad food. 3-eat more good food and fill up...4-give up most fast food  5- eat what is impotant to you  6-baby steps to better health. * i could not do it all at once.  I took baby steps.  Every year i eat better and better.  My fave top foods...avovado  beans tomato artichoke tea...xx
