Believe it or not, I got into a fight on FB. They started it! lol I was slaughtered over n over but managed to drag myself over to the war zone...I released two comments, thinking, I was pretty calm. I made a mistake and immediately regretted it. I cried for days and took Tylenol PM drugging myself from the pain. Next thing I knew... I felt a presence above me, slightly hovering. What could it be? I wondered through my tears? Before I could figure it out, a phrase popped in my head. NOT my own thought, it said..."taste of their own medicine." What???? I was startled...what was that? Then it hit me and I spoke...oh! was that you John???????? Instantly I realized what really happened! It was him, from heaven, that had me fight with them, as, I am, no fighter! Don't know how. Get one or two words out, start crying. Why would I take on professionals???? It was John. He wanted me to make a "fist...and fight back!" He was looking out for me! It was 1975 and my husband took me to meet his family. All of his brothers and their wives and kids. There was a bunch of lil ones and only one tricycle. All of a sudden, a fight broke out. Not between the kids, but the adults. There was yelling and screaming and some tears. Next thing i knew my husband went into the bathroom and shaved off his moustache! Not sure why........he was at his limit, could not take anymore. When things calmed down someone said...... we are always mean to the new wife ....at the time it was Deni. Next it will be Susan, someone in the crowd yelled. NO it's not, said my husband........no one will be mean to Susan, we live in CA. OH John.........Susan was treated worst of all........xx

Eminem released his new video and it is stirring up controversy. Are they glorifying Domestic Violence? Or just the video? Scandal sells. Period. I have survived two abusive relationships One was the father of my children, the second a live in boy friend. My husband was addicted to drugs and sex, unfortunately. My boy friend is an alcoholic. I left him 7 yrs ago and lost everything. That relationship was hard to leave because he was the salt of the earth all day and then when he drank OMG. There are no easy answers and i have no advice. Except to have a nest egg, exit plan, support of family and friends. I had none of those but work hard every day to make it all alone!xx

The pony Tail! xx

Ever since i was lil i loved Pony tails! I loved Barbie's pony tail, Judy Jetson's pony tail and my mom's. Looking up one day i saw her make her own blonde pony tail. I was about 3 or 4. I always loved high pony tails and wanted mine higher and higher! When i had my own lil girl i wanted her to have high pony tails, too. I would go to work and beg my husband to make her a high one.. Most days i was disappointed as her tail hung low. I even made a tote to mark the occasion! I have followed the pony tail thru the years. The other day i made a messy one like the celebs do. My younger daughter asked me... you brushed your hair??? Yes, i said it's the new messy tail the celebs wear. Of course it helps if you are young, thin, and beautiful! xx
