Sorry!

I  heard about the Pantene ad about saying sorry. I immediately realized, they were speaking about me! I overly use the word...sorry and it really offends people. I was shocked, at their reaction, i was only trying to be nice. Sympathetic. Didn't mean to rub anyone the wrong way. I  had to cut back.
