When i first saw the pic of Bethenny wearing her toddler's pj's...i scrolled down and thought ...for a split second... huh?  Then, i went on with my life, as i always do!  *Cue the media...all of a sudden...Bethenny did this horrible thing. Sent the wrong message, out to the masses. It was a lil weird, if you over analyze it.
