I look up health tips and destressers for meme.  I watch cooking shows and love Judie Byrd.  One #Tip she gave was juice -from -the- can in tea.  When u make a dish with pineapple save the juice and add in your tea.  Judie does this for family night!  Meme dislikes green tea and it's so good for you.  I added one small snack size mandarine  orange with juice into a large cup of green tea.  That way she gets a lil citrus too.
