Hell Hole! xx

My daughter recently told me that her sister referred to our home as a hell hole. I was very offended, as that was my family and home. But yet i have to be honest and say yes we were beat. Maybe i should have protected my children and got out sooner but i wanted them to have a father. I was a battered wife . The kids got spankings. That was decades ago. Times have changed and so has parenting. I remember when our oldest became a tween my husband said she is too big to spank any more. I learned to live with him by doing what he said. When he said sit down and shut up i did. It was survival. I gave my kids a great life filled with love and special birthdays. But i have to say im sorry now for the violence! xx

Eminem released his new video and it is stirring up controversy. Are they glorifying Domestic Violence? Or just the video? Scandal sells. Period. I have survived two abusive relationships One was the father of my children, the second a live in boy friend. My husband was addicted to drugs and sex, unfortunately. My boy friend is an alcoholic. I left him 7 yrs ago and lost everything. That relationship was hard to leave because he was the salt of the earth all day and then when he drank OMG. There are no easy answers and i have no advice. Except to have a nest egg, exit plan, support of family and friends. I had none of those but work hard every day to make it all alone!xx

Chelsea Clinton was married in a designer gown. Only thing missing was her boobs. She definately needed Diane... the professional Boobologist, from Diane and co.   Someone needed to go in and pull those puppies up. Lift and separate, the bra commercials said, when i was lil. Too bad Diana and Co. wasnt there to do the boobology job! xx

Two sisters from Boston...was on early this morning. Jimmy Durante came on and i remember doing his dentures, when i was a Dental Assistant. I also made his wife's crowns. She wasnt happy with the job and tore up the Dentist's check. She wanted her teeth separate, not together. Later that day i was fired! 1976 xx

but it will never be the same. I left my Lottery ticket in your car this morning. Normally it would be ok for me to leave it there, but not any more. I went out to get it. Looking out for number one now. That's ME! xx

Amber's not pregnant, Dreama said to me, quite casually. I found it surprising as Dreama is barely nine years old and we don't know Amber! Amber is on MTV's Teen Mom. Funny how these reality celebs have worked their way into our homes, hearts and main stream conversation. We are even on a first name basis with them. They become friends of our families, and we discuss them and their issues with life and love. So in the end i am glad Amber isnt pregnant, again. Im glad Dee refreshed his Tatt for his 34th anniversary. Im glad Chrissy decided to stay at her parents dress shop. Not sure Gene and shannon needed face lifts, and welcome home josie! xx
