the seventies

back in the 70's people grew zucchini. Gardens overflowed, and we would receive bags of huge, gigantic zucchinis'. Just one would make a meal. Cut down the center,scoop out a moat,fill with cooked meat,sauce and cheese. Bake till soft and melted. I miss those huge zucchini. Today I made zucchini wild rice and corn.
